What this site collects, what the clinic holds, and what happens to the details you send.

The short version
This website has no accounts and no analytics. It sets no cookies of its own, and it does not track you between visits or across other sites. Reading these pages tells the clinic nothing about you.
The clinic holds personal information only when you give it directly — by filling in the booking form, sending a WhatsApp message, calling, emailing, or attending an appointment. What follows sets out exactly what happens to it.
What happens when you use the booking form
Two things happen when you press the button, and it is worth being clear about both.
First, the details you entered are sent to the clinic's booking system and stored there, so that your enquiry reaches the clinic even if the next step does not complete. Second, WhatsApp opens on your device with the same details written into a message, ready for you to check and send.
If you close WhatsApp without sending, the clinic still has your enquiry from the first step and may contact you about it. If you would rather that did not happen, please call the clinic instead of using the form.
When you do send the WhatsApp message, it is delivered through WhatsApp to the clinic's number and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
- Your name and the phone number you gave
- The concern you selected, and your preferred day and time
- Anything you wrote in the notes box
- The date and time of the enquiry, and your browser's user-agent
Where booking enquiries are stored
Enquiries from the form are held in a database run for the clinic on Cloudflare's network, and are readable only by the clinic through a password-protected page. They are not public and are not shared with anyone else.
Your IP address is not stored. The system keeps only a one-way scrambled version of it, which cannot be turned back into the address and exists solely to stop the form being submitted automatically thousands of times.
What the clinic holds, and why
When you contact the clinic or attend an appointment, the following may be recorded and kept as part of your clinical record:
- Your name and contact number, so appointments can be arranged and confirmed
- The concern you are seeking help with, and your preferred day and time
- Your medical history, examination findings and current medicines, taken at consultation
- Scans, test results and reports you choose to share
- Notes on treatment given and how you responded to it
Please do not send health details through the form
The booking form asks for a concern and a preferred time, and that is all it is meant to carry. Because what you type is stored, please do not put medical reports, test results or detailed health information into it or into a first WhatsApp message.
Bring them to your consultation instead, where they can be discussed properly and recorded as part of your clinical record.
How your information is used
Information you give the clinic is used to arrange your appointments, to plan and deliver your treatment, to keep a clinical record of the care provided, and to contact you about your own appointments.
It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build a marketing profile. You will not receive marketing messages because you filled in the booking form.
Hosting and server logs
The website is served as static files by a commercial hosting provider. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything you send the clinic.
The booking form is handled separately, by Cloudflare, which likewise sees the connection in order to receive the submission. Both providers act on the clinic's instructions and neither uses what they hold for their own purposes.
How long records are kept
Clinical records are retained for as long as is necessary to provide continuing care and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a healthcare practice in India. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are not kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask the clinic what personal data it holds about you, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, ask for data to be erased where it is no longer needed for care or required to be kept, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To make any of these requests, or to raise a concern about how your information has been handled, contact the clinic using the details below. You are also entitled to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy
If the site starts doing something it does not do today — adding analytics or a mailing list, for instance — this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it. That is what happened on the date shown above, when the booking form began storing enquiries.
